1. IDENTIFICATION OF THE HOLDER

In compliance with Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the following data is reported:

2. OBJECT

These general contracting conditions regulate the purchase of the services offered through the Arriera Experiences website, which include the booking and purchase of creative workshops, retreats and experiences organized by Arriera Experiences.

The execution of any contract implies full, express and unreserved acceptance of these conditions in the version published at the time of the contract. The user declares to be of legal age and to have sufficient legal capacity to contract.

3. HIRING PROCESS

The purchase process will be carried out through the website through the following steps:

  1. Selection of the service or experience.

  2. Entering user data.

  3. Confirmation of the reservation.

  4. Payment is made through a secure gateway.

  5. Receipt of confirmation by email.

The user undertakes to provide true and updated data.

4. PRICES AND TAXES

All prices shown on the website are expressed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes in accordance with current regulations, unless otherwise expressly indicated.

Arriera Experiences reserves the right to change prices at any time. In any case, the price in force at the time the user makes the contract will apply.

5. FORMS OF PAYMENT

Payment can be made through:

  • Bank card

  • Payment platforms such as Stripe

Transactions are carried out through secure payment systems.

6. CONFIRMATION OF THE RESERVATION*

Arriera Experiences reserves the right to cancel a reservation in the event of an error in the data or technical problems, in which case proceeding with the corresponding refund.

7. CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

Since the services offered correspond to leisure activities subject to a specific date and time, the right of withdrawal provided for in article 103, paragraph l), of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, is not applicable.

However, Arriera Experiences establishes the following cancellation conditions:

Workshops

  • Cancellation more than 72 hours before the start of the contracted workshop: full refund of the amount paid.
  • Cancellation less than 72 hours before the start of the contracted workshop: no refund is required. However, the user may transfer their place to another person in their environment, with prior communication and acceptance of the same to Arriera Experiences.

Retails

  • Cancellation more than 15 days before the start of the contracted retreat: full refund of the amount paid.
  • Cancellation less than 15 days before the start of the contracted retreat: no refund is available. However, the user may transfer their place to another person in their environment, with prior communication and acceptance of the same to Arriera Experiences.

Cancellation by Arriera Experiences

In case of cancellation for its own reasons, Arriera Experiences will offer the user the choice between a full refund of the amount paid for the service or the reservation of a place on an alternative date.

The liability of Arriera Experiences will in any case be limited to the amount paid by the user. Arriera Experiences will not be responsible for additional expenses that the user may have incurred as a result of the activity, such as transportation, accommodation or other related expenses, except in cases of fraud or serious negligence attributable to the organization.

8. RESPONSIBILITY

Arriera Experiences will be liable to the user for damages that are directly attributable to him as a result of the provision of the contracted services, in accordance with current legislation.

However, Arriera Experiences will not be responsible for damages resulting from:

  • The misuse or contrary to the instructions of the contracted services by the user.
  • The provision of incorrect or incomplete data by the user during the hiring process.
  • Force majeure circumstances or causes beyond the reasonable control of the organization (adverse weather conditions, health restrictions, power cuts, etc.).
  • The actions or omissions of external suppliers or collaborators, without prejudice to any actions that Arriera Experiences may take against them.
  • Any damage that the user could cause to himself or to third parties by not following the instructions of the organization's staff.

9. RULES OF PARTICIPATION

The user undertakes to:

  • Respect the specific rules indicated for each experience or activity.
  • Maintain adequate and respectful behavior towards other participants and the organizing team.
  • Follow the instructions of the Arriera Experiences staff at all times.
  • Communicate in advance any medical condition, allergy or other relevant circumstance that could affect your participation.

Arriera Experiences reserves the right to deny access or to expel any participant who violates these rules or whose behavior is inappropriate, without giving rise to any right to a refund.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All the contents of the website (texts, images, design, brand, etc.) are the property of Arriera Experiences or are licensed for use.

Reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.

11. DATA PROTECTION

The personal data provided during the contracting process will be treated by Arriera Experiences in accordance with the provisions of the website's Privacy Policy and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (RGPD) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

12. MODIFIES*

Arriera Experiences reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time.

13. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with current Spanish legislation.

For the resolution of any dispute with consumers and users, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the consumer's home, in accordance with consumer and user protection regulations.

For conflicts with legal persons or professionals who do not have the status of consumers, both parties, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, submit to the courts and tribunals of Ciudad Real.
