“Where am I now?”
In this experience, we will share a space for writing, reflection and conversation to look at our current moment, recognize what we want to take care of or change, and explore how small habits and everyday decisions can help us to get closer to what we want to build in our lives.
Through simple exercises, we will put words to some of these questions and share whatever we want with the group.
During the workshop you will receive a workbook specially designed to accompany the experience, with all the dynamics that we will be exploring.

You don't need previous writing experience.
